This is so true! I think we can't generalize a country to be safe or dangerous based on hearsay because... to be honest, everywhere would be dangerous yet equally be safe depending on the circumstances and how we carry ourselves out there... not sure about Syria and Afghanistan though... 😶

As for Japan... I saw a video of Japanese-Taiwan couples explaining how a host will warn girls from other countries to close and cover their window if they want or have to stay on the first floor because there will be some perverted man who's going to follow them peeking from the window!. Another is, to not throw away packages cover without destroying their detail data or else, girls will get some strange phone call :D
