The title might sound better with 'I hate all men around me' , so it implied the men that you hate, is those men that you know or relate with you, in your circle. Because there's a lot of good hearted men and women out there, with different culture, different mindset, different upbringing, some might feel insulted with the title without trying to understand and stand in the author position.
