Sara, I had my ticket on hand for NYC with AA for next year since June...
Later I read many bad experiences from the passengers with this particular airlines which make me kind of worrying for my next travel since I haven't travel abroad for more than three years and now reading your story.... I can only wish "good luck" to me! 😂
