But what with the sudden rise in 'number' of followers and 'following' without 'account'? Only 'number'. Is that also called bots?

For example, the followers number is 173 but suddenly changed become 185 without notification, neither you can find any 'new followers account' on the follower list. The same with the list of 'following'. When in reality the number of account of 'following' is 49 but suddenly become 58, you do not find any new account on the list, it's still only 49 account if you count it one by one. So, it was just a change in 'number' that shown on the profile. I do not find any other new account, neither on the followers list nor on the 'following' list. Is that bots or spams?
